I had a great experience staying at this hostel. It’s in a great location and is walking distance to popular attractions. The lockers were big and I felt safe with the swipe key for the front door and my room. The hot showers with good pressure and the convenience of having a fridge in the room were a plus. The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove.
I highly recommend this place to all!

Our room didn't have a window, it was like a broom closet! The loud air condition could not be turned off. The kitchen was extremely dirty and full of used dishes. I would never go there again!

Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we found the hostel to be in a prime location, making it convenient to explore the city. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and provided great recommendations for nearby attractions. The free WiFi and large lockers in the rooms were also appreciated. we would recommend this hostel for budget-conscious travelers looking for a central location.

Friendly stuffs and St. George St is next to this hostel so easy to access everything what you want.
It might not be the hostel but many customers are not traveller but worker or people who are lookin for job so it was difficult to exchange travel information each other. And sometime they drunk too much and my room was like a zoo....

It's very conveniently situated. The security of late night entry is good. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of what Sydney has to offer and services. Toilets and showers were kept clean.
Disturbed by music starting up at around 1am and going on until about 3am on 3 of the 4 nights I stayed.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to explore all the attractions and pubs that were just a stone's throw away. Plus, the quiet street allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The personal at the hostel was helpful and kind from the moment I stepped in. They made me feel welcomed and were always there to assist with any questions I had. The showers were great, providing private cubicles where I could relax and unwind. The activities offered were a bonus, with plenty of options that were either free or affordable. It was impossible not to create a family-like atmosphere if you stayed longer than a couple of days. I highly recommend this hostel for its prime location, friendly staff, and great amenities.

Location.
The sigle/double rooms have no windows and are very small. The mattress was very hard and covered in a thick plastic. The sheets were clean but smelt of bleach. The pillows were plastic and were filled with sponge like filling. The bathrooms were not clean as the day progressed. The lounge and kitchen area was dirty and dark with very poor wi-fi. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Rooms were light, spacious and fairly comfortable with fridge. Good Location.
All other facilities were cramped, falling apart and/or dirty. Had to work hard to get the staff to be friendly (except one)

On the positive side the location is excellent and the price reasonable for central Sydney
